Y. & W. Industrial Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1978. After years of growth, we now have two factories in mainland China, which have more than 100,000sf of usable plant area and a workforce of over 600. The Ligong factory mainly deals with complicated hand-craft jobs, while the Xitou factory plant concentrates on mass production and can manufacture more than 1,000,000pcs of simple magnet item a day. Our mainly product lines include: Any Magnetic items -- such as magnetic telephone book, education magnet, re-dressing magnet, photo frame, games etc. Any Vinyl items -- such as mouse pad, memo holder, luggage tag, games, photo frame, CD holder etc. Any PP items -- such as photo album, placemat, multi-box, A4 file & folder etc. Any Paper items -- such as writing board, paper pad, paper brick, paper games, mini book etc. Any Polystone items -- such as hand-painted tableware, figurers, offset print photo frame, memo holder etc. Lenticular Products -- applied on mouse pad, puzzle, magnet, box, card, banner etc. (New!) New Trend premium -- such as puzzle, laser magnet, playing card, display cleaner, liquid-filled key chain etc. (New!) In order to meet the lower price, high quality & fast delivery, our pre-press, printing, lamination, cutting and packaging processes are fully integrated in our production lines. Over the years, in order to further improve our quality and productivity of our products, we have invested in different kinds of equipment as below which allow us to keep the production process in-house and ensure a quality product. Our machine & equipment include:UV offset printing machine Automatic Silk-screen printing machine Pad printing machine Lamination machine UV varnishing Automatic Die-cutting machine Automatic polybag packing machine Automatic box gluing machine Paper-cutting Shrink-wrapping Hot-stamping Injection moulding Ultra-sonic welding machine High Frequency welding machine Embossing Heat transfer Spray paint Heat welding In the case of quality control, we take a no half measures. As well as the factories' in-process quality checks, we are also make sure all of our material are non-toxic and comply with the international standard, such as EN71, ASTM etc. Moreover, all of our finished products must be pass the international inspection standard AQL 2.5, 4.0. Most of our product ranges are exported to the Europe, which absorbs 60% of the products, and the rest to USA and Asia. Our main clients list includes Walt Disney, Mattel, Pancake Press, Coca-cola, Avon, Reader's Digest, Kodak, Addison Wesley Longman, Pearson Education, P&G, Mary Key etc. In the coming years, we will continue to develop our people, invest in new machine, and enhance our professional service and technical skills.
